Synel's Return Policy

Before returning your Synel equipment for repair, please review the Troubleshooting Guide to see if there may be an alternative solution.

Equipment returned to Synel must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain an RMA, please complete the Synel RMA Request Form.


Synel Exchange Program:
If your equipment is out of the warranty period and you do not have a Maintenance Agreement in place, repair charges will be billed on a Time & Materials basis.

After filling in your RMA form, please inform your desk manager / export manager, accompanied by a copy of the form, for receiving detailed information about charges involved.

After confirmation, please package your equipment carefully to avoid damage during shipping and send to:
