Synel's Return Policy
Before returning your Synel equipment for repair, please review the Troubleshooting Guide to see if there may be an alternative solution.

Equipment returned to Synel must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, please complete the Synel RMA Request Form

Synel Exchange Program
If you have a Maintenance Agreement in place, upon assignment of an RMA number, an equivalent piece of equipment will be sent to you within 24 hours to use on a temporary basis until your equipment unit is repaired and returned to you.

If your equipment is out of the warranty period and you do not have a Maintenance Agreement in place, repair charges will be billed on a Time & Materials basis.

After you have received your RMA number, please package your equipment carefully to avoid damage during shipping and send to:

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RMA NUMBER IS CLEARLY VISIBLE!
Products received without an RMA number will not be processed.

Please Note:
Equipment not under warranty or maintenance agreement must be shipped prepaid. Synel will return the shipment prepaid to the customer.
